Review Core Provisions

Your Agreement with NutriVital

By accessing nutrivitalmy.com, booking a consultation, or using any of our nutritional services, you enter into a binding agreement with NutriVital Malaysia. This isn't legal boilerplate—it's the foundation of a professional relationship built on clarity.

We operate from Level 10, Menara 3, Petronas Twin Towers, serving clients across Kuala Lumpur and beyond. Our scope is precise: clinical nutrition guidance, meal planning, and dietary consultation. We are not a medical clinic, and our advice complements—does not replace—care from your physician.

What this covers: Website usage, consultation bookings, payment processing, and the boundaries of our nutritional advice. What it doesn't: Emergency medical care, prescription medication management, or treatment of eating disorders requiring psychiatric intervention.

Clinical Boundaries

  • Our meal plans are nutritionist-curated, not medically prescribed. Always consult your GP for conditions like Type 2 diabetes or hypertension.
  • Consultations are conducted in English. Translation services are not provided.
  • Client data is stored in compliance with Malaysian regulations but is not insured as medical records.

Your Responsibility Checklist

What we need from you to ensure safe, effective guidance.

1

Honest Disclosure

You must disclose allergies, medications, and existing conditions. A peanut allergy in a satay-loving culture is a critical constraint we can't guess.

2

Accurate Tracking

If you report "no exercise" but cycle through KL traffic daily, your plan's kcal target will be off. Clarity creates results.

3

Payment & Booking

Consultations are paid in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable due to nutritionist scheduling.

The Trade-off: Your Input vs. Our Output

What You Provide

  • • Complete medical history
  • • 7-day food diary (honest)
  • • Cultural preferences (e.g., Halal, vegetarian)
  • • Budget: RM 200-400/month

What We Deliver

  • • Personalized meal plan
  • • Kcal & protein targets (50-80g/day)
  • • Local grocery list (AEON, Lotus's)
  • • Medication interaction check

Data Privacy & The "Nutritionist Note"

Your consultation notes, food diaries, and progress photos are treated with clinical discretion. We store them securely to track your journey—but you own your data.

What we don't do: We never sell your data to supplement companies or share your weight loss journey on social media. That's a breach of trust, not marketing.

The Nutritionist Note: For Malaysian clients managing conditions like PCOS or post-partum recovery, we may recommend sharing specific metrics with your GP. We provide formatted summaries, not raw data dumps.

Methodology: We follow Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) guidelines, but our internal standard is stricter. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is logged.

Real Scenarios, Real Boundaries

How our terms protect you in everyday situations.

The Post-Ramadan Reintroduction

A client returns to normal eating after fasting. Our terms prevent us from prescribing a sudden 2000kcal spike. Instead, we'll guide a 3-day gradual increase, monitoring for hypoglycemia. If you're diabetic, we require GP sign-off first.

The "Nasi Lemak Dilemma"

You crave nasi lemak for breakfast. Our terms empower us to say "yes"—but we'll guide you on portion size (reduce sambal, add egg whites, skip the fried chicken). We don't restrict culture; we optimize within it.

The 20-Minute Meal Prep Constraint

A busy parent in Subang Jaya needs dinner ready before Maghrib. Our terms bind us to realistic prep times. If a plan takes 45 minutes, we've failed the agreement and you're entitled to a revision or refund.
